Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Build and support enterprise-scale platform and infrastructure architectures, including distributed systems, active-active deployments, failover patterns, and multi-tenancy.
- Develop high-throughput, low-latency production systems using Python, Go, or Java.
- Implement cloud infrastructure and AI platform capabilities using AWS, EKS, Envoy, service mesh, GPU scheduling, and related technologies.
- Develop GenAI and agentic AI capabilities involving LangGraph or LangChain, Google ADK, MCP/A2A protocols, prompt engineering, RAG, and vLLM serving.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, code review, risk management, and control practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to define requirements and technical strategies.
- Guide technical direction, coach less experienced specialists, and contribute to long-term strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with platform or infrastructure architecture at enterprise scale.
- Expertise in Python with FastAPI and asynchronous programming, or Go or Java, for high-throughput and low-latency production systems.
- Deep experience with AWS, EKS, Envoy, Bedrock, IAM, Aurora, CloudFormation, GPU scheduling, multi-tenancy, Istio, and service mesh architectures.
- Experience with GenAI or agentic AI technologies, including LangGraph/LangChain or Google ADK, MCP/A2A protocols, prompt engineering, RAG, and vLLM serving.
- Knowledge of AI safety and guardrails, including prompt-injection detection, PII redaction, and content filtering.
- Knowledge of AI security frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
- Experience with Envoy Proxy, xDS APIs, WASM filters, or AI Gateway extensions is highly valued.
- Financial services experience involving regulation, data residency, or compliance is highly valued.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, perform complex analysis, manage risks and controls, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
