Base Salary
$223k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site software integration of our platform with unmanned systems.
- Architect, build, and troubleshoot software nodes within ROS2 frameworks.
- Build and optimize MAVLink-based communication pipelines for UAS.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve software and communication issues during field testing.
- Translate technical realities of robotic systems into actionable requirements for product development.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Secret clearance.
- 5+ years of experience in robotics software engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of technical experience with ROS2, including node development.
- Prior experience with MAVLink protocol for UAS telemetry and command/control.
- Familiarity with motion planning concepts and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills to bridge operational and development teams.
