Base Salary
$115k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architecture and engineering direction for core infrastructure and next-generation AI systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Build, scale, and operate reliable, secure, observable, and cost-aware cloud distributed systems.
- Develop agentic AI platforms, autonomous workflows, scalable inference infrastructure, and enterprise AI applications.
- Design and implement orchestration for LLMs, tools, APIs, memory, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Lead multi-team technical execution without direct authority and remain hands-on in design, coding, reviews, operations, and incident follow-up.
- Raise the technical bar for engineers across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven Principal or Senior Staff-level engineering experience with deep distributed-systems expertise.
- Practical experience building AI-native systems, including LLM orchestration, tools, APIs, memory, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ability to translate ambiguous product and platform goals into durable technical strategy.
- Experience leading multi-team execution without direct authority.
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and operating production-grade cloud systems in business-critical environments.
