Responsibilities

Plan, execute, report, and complete QA activities for new development cycles and releases across multiple teams.
Design and implement end-to-end, exploratory, automated, and regression test scenarios.
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and develop, code, and execute automation scripts.
Document risk analysis, test progress, test results, QA processes, and testing best practices.
Identify, document, track, debug, and help resolve software defects and define corrective actions.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide meaningful feedback.
Develop quality standards and procedures for determining product quality and release readiness.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and user communities to understand requirements and ensure end-to-end testing coverage.
Recommend improvements that streamline testing processes and support continuous QA improvement.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Seasoned expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Seasoned hands-on experience with testing in Agile/DevOps methodology, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing tools.
Seasoned work experience in software development and software quality assurance.
Seasoned understanding of SQL, scripting, software development processes, integrated development environments, and object-oriented programming.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development processes and strong ability to analyze complex systems.
Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally, with strong communication, organizational, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
Performance and/or security testing experience is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as Leading SAFe are advantageous.
Experience working in a geographically dispersed company is desirable.
