Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Legal AI workflows.
- Evaluate buy-versus-build options, integration complexity, delivery estimates, and total cost of ownership.
- Design and build AI agents for contract analysis, clause extraction, summarization, risk identification, and compliance validation.
- Implement multi-agent systems integrated with CLM platforms and enterprise workflows.
- Architect secure, scalable integrations while maintaining CLM as the authoritative system of record.
- Establish practices for prompt design, agent orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and AI governance.
- Translate legal and business requirements into durable AI solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Make architecture and delivery tradeoff decisions in complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience designing and delivering software or AI-enabled systems in production environments.
- Strong experience building LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and AI-driven services.
- Experience designing end-to-end enterprise workflows with integrations across multiple business systems.
- Strong programming experience in Python and API-based integration development.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar tools.
- Experience making architecture and delivery tradeoff decisions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Contract Lifecycle Management or legal workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with Agiloft, Eudia, ServiceNow App Engine, GEP CLM, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Domain knowledge in procurement contracting, commercial and vendor contract lifecycle management, marketing compliance, or legal and regulatory affairs.
- Experience separating intelligence layers, workflow orchestration, and systems of record.
