Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and operational maturity.
- Operate and support production services running in Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, distributed-system, and production incidents across the technology stack.
- Build reusable automation, tooling, self-service solutions, and AI-assisted operational workflows to reduce toil and improve productivity.
- Support CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows and maintain infrastructure-as-code configurations.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance using observability and alerting platforms.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability and operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Cloud Operations, or related roles.
- Experience supporting production environments running on Kubernetes or other containerized platforms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, OCI, or GCP.
- Experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Understanding of DNS, load balancing, TLS/SSL, routing, distributed systems, and production incident troubleshooting.
- Ability to participate in a production on-call rotation and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, hybrid-cloud or multi-region environments, release strategies, incident management, security and compliance, and AI-assisted engineering or operational tooling.
