Base Salary
$44k - $88k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build small software features, fix bugs, and update internal tools or applications under mentor guidance.
- Run tests, review logs, identify root causes of software issues, and support software reliability.
- Document features, write clean code, and participate in peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers through team meetings and Agile ceremonies.
- Research and learn technologies, APIs, and cloud services needed for team projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Signal Processing, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Familiarity with hardware or software tools appropriate to the candidate's academic level.
- Experience with Java programming for JEE or servlet-based applications, JavaScript development, C/C++ development, and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Team environment experience, an inquisitive nature, and a strong desire to learn are desired.
