Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the AI Garage team developing AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions for the HR domain.
- Drive engineering excellence and provide technical leadership on complex technical problems.
- Design and build scalable Agentic systems while staying current with Agentic AI and AI/ML engineering trends.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and AI leadership.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, AI evaluations, training, or models.
- Preferred experience collaborating in globally distributed product and engineering teams.
- Preferred experience implementing ReAct, Tree of Thoughts, and Plan-and-Solve execution patterns.
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and business domains.
