Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Develop target-state AI and intelligent data platform architectures aligned with business strategy.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, guardrails, and governance frameworks for AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends and recommend strategic adoption opportunities.
- Partner with business and product leadership to identify AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
- Act as the technical authority across AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Produce architecture options, decision-support artefacts, and future-state technology roadmaps.
- Design and implement enterprise GenAI solutions using OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Llama, and Mistral.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Design Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks to automate complex business processes.
- Implement Model Context Protocol patterns for tool and system integration.
- Define standards for prompt engineering, context management, AI evaluation, grounding and retrieval, hallucination reduction, and AI observability.
- Lead the architecture of AI assistants, copilots, virtual agents, and autonomous workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology architecture experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise AI, data, or solution architecture experience.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI and GenAI platforms.
- Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.
- Experience implementing AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Experience creating architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks, and enterprise standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience delivering AI solutions within regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, or another highly regulated industry is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Bedrock, Databricks AI, or Snowflake Cortex is desirable.
- Experience building enterprise AI assistants and autonomous agents is desirable.
- Experience with Text-to-SQL, conversational analytics, knowledge management, and semantic layer technologies is desirable.
