Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for ERP LN processes.
- Develop and implement ERP LN programs, interfaces, reports, forms, sessions, tables, indexes, and integrations.
- Create interfaces with third-party applications using web services and other tools and languages.
- Work on ION data flows, ION workflows, ION integrations, and XSLT mapping.
- Perform system testing, debugging, optimization, data migration, and issue resolution.
- Maintain data integrity across ERP LN modules and integrated enterprise applications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using ERP LN capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements and system specifications.
- Collaborate with business users, functional leads, project managers, IT teams, and support teams.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior LN programmers and developers.
- Support ERP LN job scheduling, maintenance, PMC activities, and C4Ws API configuration.
- Serve as a liaison between ERP business leads and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience as a Technical Analyst Programmer, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP LN technical methodology and technical programming across Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Finance, Service, and Big Project modules.
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN programming, LN Application, LN Studio, ERP LN 10.7, and ERP LN CloudSuite; CloudSuite implementation experience is required.
- Strong SQL and database management skills, including experience creating tables, indexes, sessions, forms, and reports.
- Experience with DAL, DAL 2, extension scripts, ION data flows, ION workflows, ION integrations, and XSLT mapping.
- Experience integrating ERP LN with third-party applications through web services.
- Experience with IDM, DOM, migration projects, PMC, ERP LN job scheduling and maintenance, C4Ws API configuration, PowerShell scripts, JSON, and XML.
- Experience facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
- Ability to create technical analysis and design documents and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- ERP LN technical resource training and manufacturing-environment experience are preferred.
