Base Salary

$126k - $234k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and train machine learning models for financial transaction fraud, device-related deception, account abuse, and identity abuse.
  • Engineer features from transaction, device, and behavioral event data.
  • Build and maintain Databricks and Spark feature pipelines.
  • Translate ML prototypes into scalable, reliable, observable production systems with senior engineers.
  • Support experiment tracking, model versioning, production monitoring, and other MLOps practices.
  • Collaborate with data science, product, and platform teams on fraud and abuse patterns across Adobe products.
  • Track advances in machine learning and AI relevant to fraud detection and behavioral modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience building and deploying ML solutions, or equivalent experience through internships, research, or personal projects.
  • Solid Python programming skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
  • Working understanding of the ML lifecycle from data collection through deployment and monitoring.
  • Interest in learning model optimization, inference efficiency, and production system integration.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience or coursework in payment fraud, device fingerprinting, account takeover detection, anomaly detection, or graph-based modeling.
  • Preferred qualifications include exposure to sequence modeling, transformer architectures, graph neural networks, Databricks, Spark, or large-scale transactional and event pipelines.
