Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core banking functionality for deposits, loans, remittance, general ledger, and third-party integrations.
- Build and enhance application logic using Profile Scripting Language and Java Spring-based front-end components.
- Develop and optimize MUMPS/GTM NoSQL data models, queries, and integration routines.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions within established SLAs.
- Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and customer stakeholders to scope, estimate, and deliver releases.
- Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and issue-resolution sessions with Thai-speaking business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Profile Scripting Language.
- Strong Java and Spring development experience for the Profile front end.
- Experience with MUMPS/GTM and NoSQL data stores.
- Solid understanding of real-time, high-throughput transaction processing.
- Experience integrating core banking applications with external and third-party systems.
- English proficiency and native Thai language skills.
