Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend systems supporting food delivery, ride hailing, messenger, supermarket, restaurant, payment, and financial products.
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable back-office systems using the company’s backend and infrastructure technologies.
- Own end-to-end software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, bug fixing, and system operations.
- Lead designs for major software components, systems, and features.
- Help build the engineering team, foster innovation, and drive cross-team collaboration and project execution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver customer-focused systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Ability to develop software in Golang or Java.
- Experience with APIs and microservice architectures.
- Experience with test-driven development and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker image and container workflows.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency troubleshooting software issues and debugging large codebases.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai.
