Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex full-stack systems using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, React, Angular, and workflow technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance microservices-based solutions.
- Build complex dynamic rendering frameworks and systems using server-side rendering, client-side rendering, and hydration techniques.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade backend applications.
- Integrate and optimize Oracle and MongoDB databases and use caching for performance improvement.
- Apply test-driven and test-first development practices, automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers, lead complex development tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and advocate for appropriate adoption.
- Manage successful projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and changing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, the React ecosystem, state management, and component lifecycle concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade backend applications.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Hibernate, JPA, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis or an equivalent caching technology.
- Experience with TDD, shift-left testing, and test automation using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured, Cucumber, or Selenium.
- Understanding of application performance, monitoring, optimization, and dynamic rendering techniques.
- Preferred exposure to API gateways, service discovery, distributed tracing, CI/CD pipelines, Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Checkmarx, OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities and manage pressure, deadlines, and unexpected changes.
