Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and build software for airspace management technologies.
- Develop core services for equitable airspace access and flight deconfliction.
- Focus on building systems with correctness, testability, and auditability.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design and rollout.
- Engage with the open-source community on drone airspace management.
- Mentor team members and share best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering for real-time systems.
- Desire to take on a foundational technical role in a new product line.
- Experience designing APIs and sophisticated data models.
- Proven ability to build scalable and reliable distributed systems.
- Experience deploying systems to cloud providers like AWS and Kubernetes.
- Strong product insights and empathy for the customer.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of owning problems end-to-end.
