Responsibilities
- Own and iterate on onboarding from account creation through KYC completion, focusing on activation and drop-off reduction.
- Build ad-driven acquisition funnel surfaces that route users to relevant prediction market pages.
- Ship end-to-end fullstack features spanning frontend UI, backend services, and third-party integrations.
- Use product analytics and experiments to identify funnel friction and measure improvements.
- Make architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and coordinate changes across engineering teams.
- Provide technical feedback and help less senior engineers scope and deliver stronger work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with substantial frontend and backend depth.
- Proven experience shipping onboarding flows, KYC integrations, or acquisition funnel features with measurable outcomes.
- Experience collaborating across teams and navigating ownership boundaries in a larger engineering organization.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to identify funnel problems and propose solutions independently.
- Ability to make system-level technical tradeoffs across frontend, backend, and external services.
- Clear communication skills for aligning engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with Web3 onboarding, crypto-native KYC or compliance tooling, prediction markets, financial platforms, high-stakes transaction products, or A/B testing and growth experimentation.
