Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader for Java and .NET APM agents and Alerts.
- Support customers by resolving complex installation and configuration issues.
- Enhance your skills through training in additional programming languages.
- Provide feedback to the Product Organization on customer feature requests and bugs.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation.
Requirements
- Proficient in troubleshooting programming languages and network essentials.
- Familiar with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in building, maintaining, or testing applications in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and creativity in problem-solving.
- Exhibit high empathy towards customers, especially in challenging situations.
