Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains.
Define and apply configuration design patterns for reuse and maintainability.
Translate business problems into structured system solutions aligned with governance standards.
Own end-to-end delivery of platform changes, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
Act as a platform owner for assigned Workday domains, ensuring system integrity and improvement.
Maintain platform reliability through issue diagnosis and resolution.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver cohesive platform solutions.
Design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions within the People data ecosystem.
Participate actively in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Drive incremental automation and simplification of processes.

5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, specifically Workday.
Experience designing and implementing scalable configuration solutions.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
Hands-on experience developing Workday reports used in production environments.
Understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to articulate contributions to delivered solutions.
