Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards and software quality practices.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor and support team members’ professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate integration of custom solutions within broader systems.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges and risks.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
