Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support according to client requirements and contract terms.
- Develop solutions for advanced and complex technical projects or business issues.
- Manage large projects or processes with limited managerial oversight.
- Determine approaches for resolving functional-area issues.
- Serve as an in-house expert in specific technologies or the relevant job function.
- Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
- Influence policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of position-specific experience.
- Advanced specialized knowledge and broad knowledge of related professional functions.
- Ability to address difficult and complex problems with limited oversight.
