Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies.
- Shape digital transformation programs and ensure successful technology implementation.
- Manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern development practices such as DevOps and CI/CD.
- Lead the technical implementation of digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures.
- Lead project teams and apply knowledge of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- At least five years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern IT architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with software development methods and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Strong understanding and communication of complex topics in both Turkish and English.
