Responsibilities
- Design innovative and practical architectures for technology-forward transformations.
- Provide technical expertise for cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud products and solutions.
- Guide teams through complex architecture issues and resolve escalated architecture matters.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders to deliver usable systems and secure client buy-in.
- Coach and support development teams integrating components and services across ecosystems, frameworks, and platforms.
- Participate in pre-sales by gathering non-functional requirements, proposing strategies, designing technical solutions, estimating costs, and documenting architectures.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of applied IT experience and at least 2 years working in an architect role.
- Experience designing, building, and hosting solutions using cloud-native services.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and security architecture, including performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions.
- Experience delivering architecture strategies.
- Experience with cloud migration, identity management, and platform-solution integration.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, or OIDC, and working knowledge of visualization and analytics tools.
- Experience with AI and machine-learning tools, programming languages such as Java or .NET, and cloud-cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud certification and knowledge of architectural methods and frameworks are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel on business.
