Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom applications and cloud-based communication solutions.
- Integrate applications with business systems and APIs and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Act as an SME, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize cloud-based communication solutions.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
