Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and implement application features aligned with business and application requirements.
- Lead development activities and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and aligned solutions.
- Configure and customize customer relationship management solutions and support integrations and data flows between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and manage team performance.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Oracle CRM Service.
- Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing customer relationship management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between multiple systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
