Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance scalable software components and custom solutions using Pega Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage the team’s work.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
- Work with evolving requirements and participate in iterative software development cycles.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems.
