Base Salary
$147k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable integration services, APIs, and connectors.
- Develop event-driven and microservices-based architectures for real-time data flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and external partners for reliable integration capabilities.
- Enhance system performance, observability, and resilience across distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical improvements.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development.
- Strong expertise in Java or another modern programming language.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed microservices.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures like Kafka.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL.
- Knowledge of system reliability, observability, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with integration platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise systems is a plus.
- Curiosity for exploring emerging technologies and AI-powered development tools.
