Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire lifecycle of projects or features.
- Enhance code structure and architecture for testability and maintainability.
- Write and review technical design documentation.
- Participate in cross-team design reviews for improved execution.
- Mentor junior engineers on an individual basis.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies including cloud-based APIs.
- Understanding of microservices frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Experience developing SaaS/enterprise solutions with database skills.
- Familiarity with AI integrated tools such as Cursor or Claude.
- Expertise in Java/Spring and building large-scale performance services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
