Base Salary

$170k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and automate end-to-end GTM processes using tools like Clay, AirOps, and n8n.
Implement workflows that synthesize intent signals for targeted ABM campaigns.
Write scripting and glue-code to ensure data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools.
Build and iterate on messaging workflows using structured prompt engineering.
Define KPIs and monitor system performance for data-driven improvements.
Document system behavior and contribute to shared prompt libraries for team use.

6+ years of experience in Technical GTM, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering in B2B SaaS.
Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript for data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI-workflow automation tools like n8n, AirOps, and Clay.
Familiarity with model context protocols and multi-agent orchestration.
Ability to synthesize complex datasets and translate business objectives into technical implementations.
Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
