Base Salary
$147k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable integration services, APIs, and connectors.
- Develop event-driven and microservices-based architectures for real-time data flows.
- Partner with Product, Platform, Security, and external partners to deliver reliable integration capabilities.
- Improve performance, observability, and resilience across distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical improvements across the Integration Hub platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack software development experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the payment domain.
- Strong expertise in Java or another modern programming language.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed microservices.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with relational databases including Postgres, SQL, and AWS RDS.
- Knowledge of system reliability, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with integration platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise systems is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-powered development tools.
