Base Salary
$165k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, flexible features for Zuora’s next-generation onboarding platform.
- Develop performant APIs, background services, and data pipelines.
- Build intelligent agents and agentic solutions to streamline complex customer onboarding workflows.
- Design and develop highly distributed, reliable systems supporting onboarding capabilities.
- Contribute to system design, technical discussions, performance improvements, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers across teams on requirements, configuration, data migration, integration, and testing challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6–10 years of hands-on product development experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software environments.
- Hands-on experience or deep understanding of building AI agents and integrating complex business workflows into agentic architectures.
- Strong backend API development or full-stack engineering skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Experience applying low-level design principles in real-world projects.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, IDEs, testing, and documentation best practices.
