Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines within Army Vantage using Palantir Foundry.
- Build and iterate front-end analytical dashboards with Foundry’s Workshop and Slate application layers.
- Define automated quality gates, validation suites, and release confidence checks.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and other observability capabilities aligned with Foundry patterns.
- Create governed metric definitions and reusable business logic using the Foundry Ontology.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and engineering teams through design, build, test, and deployment.
- Align integration patterns, data access controls, and release procedures with platform requirements.
- Deliver technical documentation, configuration baselines, and operational runbooks.
- Resolve defects, troubleshoot implementations, and deliver incremental improvements.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, and demonstrate completed capabilities to government stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering or systems integration experience.
- Deep expertise with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Workshop/Slate, Ontology configuration, and AIP.
- Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines and analytics platforms in classified or Department of Defense environments.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Java in Foundry development workflows.
- Familiarity with Army Vantage, GFIM, force management, or readiness data domains.
- Ability to own the full feature lifecycle from architecture through deployment.
- Ability to work directly with government stakeholders and mentor other engineers.
