Base Salary
$158k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical decision-making and custom development for core infrastructure components.
- Deep-dive into performance tuning and systems internals for millisecond-level accuracy.
- Develop and integrate the 'Knowledge Platform' for AI-driven products.
- Own the full SDLC for high-performance distributed systems processing petabytes of data.
- Advocate for elite software engineering practices and contribute to shared tooling.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and drive project delivery through design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or Go, with experience in Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Motivated to explore emerging tech in AI/ML infrastructure and real-time systems.
