Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale backend services across the APM data pipeline.
- Participate in architectural definitions with innovation and creativity.
- Collaborate with product and experience teams to influence the APM product roadmap.
- Create automation and tooling for scalable and deployable systems.
- Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach, including on-call rotations.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development workflows and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and scaling in production environments.
- Strong experience in OOP languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Go.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming techniques like streams and message queues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering production code.
- Collaborative work style that promotes shared code ownership.
- Adaptability and curiosity about AI and development workflows.
- Proficiency in English.
