Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship core platform components.
- Own the full lifecycle of rapid experiments to improve engineering velocity.
- Leverage AI coding agents to maintain high-quality development loops.
- Act as a technical bridge between AI capabilities and real-world workflows.
- Operate autonomously to deliver tangible improvements in AI workflows.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a staff engineer with experience in software architecture.
- Genuine enthusiasm for utilizing AI coding agents in development processes.
- Strong system design instincts and a pragmatic approach to building.
- Deep experience with modern engineering workflows, including CI/CD.
- Demonstrated history of rapid prototyping and taking concepts to shipped products.
