Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives on technical discovery calls, demos, pilots, and sales opportunities.
- Understand customer engineering workflows and requirements processes and demonstrate how Flow fits them.
- Build and run customer-specific demos and proofs of concept.
- Answer technical and security questions and complete security questionnaires with team support.
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with forward deployed engineers to hand off pilots into deployment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Ability to lead technical conversations with audiences ranging from individual engineers to vice presidents.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and how software fits into existing engineering stacks.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
- Familiarity with requirements, systems engineering, PLM, or ALM tooling such as Jama or DOORS is preferred.
- Experience in or selling into defense, aerospace, or regulated hardware environments is preferred.
