Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and clinical study data integrity.
- Review product requirements to ensure they are clear, consistent, and testable.
- Develop validation plans using a risk-based testing methodology.
- Set up testing environments and prepare testing data.
- Author and execute test scripts, document defects, and track resolutions.
- Collaborate with others to support timely delivery of high-quality code.
- Assist with software deployment across all environments and complete required documentation.
- Assist the support team in investigating production issues.
- Automate test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles, including risk assessment.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex software applications.
- Working knowledge of test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, learning, time management, organizational, oral communication, and written English skills.
- At least four years of experience in a similar automation role.
- Previous experience with API testing and web application testing.
- Experience with Java and Selenium.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
