Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop automation test strategies and execution plans aligned with release and quality objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain UI, API, integration, performance, and reliability automation suites.
- Use Tricentis capabilities to support automated testing and quality objectives.
- Create complex test scenarios covering edge cases, failure modes, and critical functionality.
- Execute tests, analyze results, identify defects, and isolate root causes across UI, API, data, and environment layers.
- Develop quality-control artifacts for regression coverage, test-data management, and standards compliance.
- Perform defect trend analysis and recommend improvements to product design, testability, and process quality.
- Improve automation frameworks and tooling to increase reliability, maintainability, and adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical stakeholders to communicate findings and resolve defects.
Requirements
- US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.
- 6–7 years of relevant test automation and quality engineering experience are required.
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis test automation solutions.
- Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Java or C# for automated testing.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or Angular, including component and UI testing.
- Proficiency with Testing Library, UI automation, API testing, contract testing, and reliable test-design patterns.
- Experience testing backend services and microservices, including Spring Boot.
- Experience managing dependencies and builds with tools such as Maven.
- Experience with container-based integration testing such as Testcontainers and repeatable test environments.
- Ability to build scalable automation frameworks using clean code, modularity, version control, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong troubleshooting, defect isolation, communication, collaboration, and quality-process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing workflows using OpenCode, Claude Code, and Gemini Vertex AI.
