Responsibilities
- Test AI-based conversational products using manual and automated testing approaches.
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes while ensuring agreed standards and procedures are followed.
- Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
- Evaluate model accuracy and identify areas requiring enhancement.
- Prepare detailed testing feedback to help improve AI models.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of QA experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG or JUnit, and Rest Assured.
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Java or Python.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, communication, and independent-work skills.
