Responsibilities
- Test Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing, agent workflows, IVR journeys, self-service experiences, and digital channels.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and basic AWS service testing.
- Test Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, including CTI, screen pops, Voice Call records, and Omni-Channel functionality.
- Create and execute test scenarios and cases, prepare test data, log and retest defects, and participate in defect triage.
- Support SIT, UAT, release readiness, voice automation, API automation, CI/CD-based testing, and basic performance and load testing.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of QA/testing experience or at least 6 months of paid QA internship experience.
- Strong foundation in software testing fundamentals and basic knowledge of test case creation, execution, defect management, and QA processes.
- Hands-on exposure to API testing with Postman or similar tools and basic understanding of cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
- Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
- Preferred experience includes Amazon Connect, IVR and telephony, Salesforce or Service Cloud, Jira, TestRail, QMetry, Zephyr, SQL, QA automation, scripting, and conversational AI testing.
