Responsibilities

Shape test strategies with management and architects to meet business needs.
Create test plans and test cases for new requirements, change requests, and projects.
Drive the team roadmap, break high-level requirements into measurable test plans, and provide estimates.
Design, develop, and execute database, API, integration, and performance test suites with traceability.
Perform cross-platform and cross-application integration testing using Python automation, batch processing, and shell scripting.
Create and enhance automated testing frameworks and investigate issues through log analysis, root-cause debugging, and quality improvement.
Collaborate with teams to improve automation infrastructure, reliability, performance, and software quality.

B.Tech or MCA, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in QA.
Expertise in SDLC, QA processes, and methodologies.
Practical experience testing cloud ERP/CRM platforms such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Financials, or Salesforce through functional, API, and integration validation.
Ability to create and analyze advanced SQL queries and use test management tools such as JIRA or ALM.
Expertise creating and enhancing automated testing frameworks with Python.
Experience using Jenkins, Git, and Unix/Linux commands.
Strong problem-solving, feature-vision, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
