Responsibilities
- Build test strategies and automated tests for API-based security and threat protection products.
- Own test execution and automation, and identify tools that support testing objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on code, design, test plans, and automation framework reviews.
- Work with development teams to improve new releases and testing processes.
- Coordinate and participate in customer installations and team demos.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience automating tests with Python or Go and using shell scripting techniques.
- Comfort working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Expertise in networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS.
- Expertise with REST APIs, databases, and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and an automation framework.
