Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development staff, contract and offshore engineers, and business product owners in an agile environment.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and services.
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design, system architecture discussions, and design reviews.
- Evaluate solution options based on business requirements, scalability, security, performance, and cost.
- Develop and support integrations, APIs, and distributed application architectures.
- Partner with internal and external resources, including vendors and offshore teams, to deliver project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
- Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and participate in problem resolution.
- Present technical concepts and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience developing software applications using the primary programming language or platform.
- At least two years of experience with database design, development, and data modeling concepts.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and application architecture.
- Experience developing, supporting, and integrating enterprise applications.
- Experience with APIs, service-oriented architectures, and system integrations.
- Experience utilizing cloud technologies and modern development platforms.
- Familiarity with source control, automated testing, deployment automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with application modernization, cloud migration, platform transformation, enterprise authentication and authorization, AI-assisted software engineering tools, and regulated industries.
- Relevant technology certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Java are preferred.

- Annual salary range is $110,000–$120,000, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
