Base Salary
$155k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define product direction and technical specifications for AI-powered systems.
- Own the technical direction for real-time interactions to create a seamless driver experience.
- Build and ship new products from concept to production in an ambiguous environment.
- Design systems that ensure reliability and responsiveness across backend and edge boundaries.
- Establish patterns for reliability, observability, and explainability in real-time decision-making systems.
- Mentor firmware engineers and serve as the team's technical anchor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with product ownership from concept to production.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Golang, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI agent platforms and building reliable, distributed backend systems.
- Ability to design systems for edge, embedded, or resource-constrained clients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
