Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions, including Java-based microservices, API integrations, responsive user interfaces, and enterprise application components.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, UI/UX, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads and promote responsible AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Solid foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services without training models or designing ML architectures.
