Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand needs and develop solutions supporting business objectives.
- Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
- Apply integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience with application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
