Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile delivery squads, SAP Functional Consultants, and technical specialists to achieve sprint goals and translate requirements into automation assets.
- Create and execute Micro Test Plans for user stories and Macro Test Plans for end-to-end quarterly feature and integration testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain Tricentis TOSCA test scripts, scenarios, data, and cases across GUI, API, and service layers.
- Uplift TOSCA automation frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Log, manage, and communicate defects through resolution with delivery squads and Product Owners.
- Advocate for quality throughout design, build, and delivery and contribute to QA practice knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA for automated testing.
- Experience building and maintaining GUI, API, and service-level test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SAP platforms and SAP test automation, including platforms such as ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
- Experience with Tricentis Test Data Service or similar test data management approaches.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
- Experience testing web, mobile, API, and integrated enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and quality advocacy skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with test management and documentation tools such as HP ALM, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or Confluence.
- TOSCA certifications, NeoLoad or LiveCompare experience, CRM or ServiceNow testing, POS testing, enterprise performance or non-functional testing, Distribution Centre operations knowledge, and hardware or device testing experience are beneficial.
