Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile delivery squads, SAP Functional Consultants, SMEs, and technical specialists to achieve sprint goals and translate requirements into automated tests.
- Create and execute Micro Test Plans for user stories and Macro Test Plans for quarterly features and complex integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain Tricentis TOSCA automated test scripts, scenarios, data, and cases across GUI, API, and service layers.
- Uplift TOSCA automation frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Log, manage, and communicate defects through resolution with squads and Product Owners.
- Advocate for quality throughout design, build, and delivery, and contribute to QA practice mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA for automated testing.
- Experience building and maintaining GUI, API, and service-level test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SAP platforms and SAP test automation, including platforms such as ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with Tricentis Test Data Service or similar test data management approaches.
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, API, and integrated enterprise systems, with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
- Familiarity with test management and documentation tools such as HP ALM, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and quality advocacy skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Tricentis TOSCA certifications, Tricentis NeoLoad or LiveCompare experience, CRM/Salesforce/ServiceNow/POS testing, enterprise performance or non-functional testing, Distribution Centre operations knowledge, and hardware or device testing experience.
