Responsibilities

  • Design, prepare, and execute functional, integration, regression, and release testing across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Validate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR data, organisational structures, workflows, business rules, permissions, and effective-dated changes.
  • Test integrations with payroll, identity and access management, reporting, learning, recruitment, time and attendance, rostering, finance, and data platforms.
  • Validate inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, integration files, middleware-driven flows, error handling, and data reconciliation.
  • Identify, manage, and retest defects through resolution.
  • Support user acceptance testing and collaborate with HR, Payroll, People Systems, Product Owners, and technical teams.
  • Contribute to test automation using Tricentis TOSCA and share knowledge across the QA Community of Practice.

Requirements

  • Strong experience testing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration changes, enhancements, integrations, and release cycles.
  • Solid understanding of Employee Central data and HR processes, including employee profiles, personal and job information, foundation objects, positions, and organisational structures.
  • Experience validating business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, data propagation, integrations, and regression scenarios.
  • Ability to test inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, integration files, middleware flows, error handling, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience with Tricentis TOSCA or other test automation tools is highly valued.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules, SAP Integration Centre, OData APIs, Compound Employee API, Integration Suite, or middleware is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HP ALM, qTest, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, Confluence, or SharePoint is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
