Responsibilities
- Contribute to the authoring and deployment of agentic harnesses within existing platforms.
- Assist in prototyping and iterating on agentic harnesses and LLM-integrated workflows.
- Define and implement benchmarks for evaluating agentic pipelines and workflows.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and models.
- Support the development of AI-powered automations to improve efficiency.
- Participate in workflow assessments to identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute to internal tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Serve as a resource for regional teams to operate and maintain agentic harnesses.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Python and ability to author and configure agentic harnesses.
- Foundational understanding of large language models and API-based AI integration.
- Ability to read, write, and debug code independently at a junior level.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Engagement with agentic AI systems through coursework or projects.
