Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain components of Clarium's master data enrichment pipeline.
- Design and own classification and entity resolution workflows using deterministic logic and LLMs.
- Build and operate evaluation harnesses and regression suites to measure pipeline quality.
- Write production Python and SQL code for data processing.
- Analyze complex datasets to surface actionable insights and inform improvements.
- Proactively audit data for quality issues and implement fixes.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills with a track record of writing production code.
- Proficient in SQL, including complex joins and performance tuning.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and execute plans independently.
- Commitment to data quality and diagnosing root causes of issues.
- Willingness to develop expertise in unfamiliar domains.
