Responsibilities
- Own the architectural integrity of the product.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability of AI-generated code.
- Build hands-on in Git with AI development tools.
- Direct and verify a high volume of code output.
- Make judgment calls on what is safe to ship.
- Communicate product intent effectively to the non-technical Founder.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping production software.
- Senior engineering judgment with AI output.
- Fluency or fast-developing fluency in AI-assisted development.
- Comfort with owning security and scale independently.
- A product mindset focused on customer functionality.
- Ability to move quickly without compromising quality.
